A native Oregonian, Shelly fell in love with giving back at a very young age when she mentored young children through church camp. She has grown to realize that she has a passion for all things around “giving.” Her professional background consists of 11 years in the mortgage industry and over 9 years in retail banking all in a leadership capacity. She has a sense of community in all she does. In her professional career, she has been part of many organizations that support a vision of bettering the lives of other’s such as; Volunteering for local Boy’s & Girl’s Clubs, Investing personal time to teach financial literacy courses for young children, advocating for battered Women, as well as being part of Women’s Interactive Networks. She is very connected to our community with ties to Mom’s support groups, Chamber of Commerce’s, Networking Groups, etc. Her love of life is shown in all she does at work every day as a Bank Manager along with every activity outside of the bank. She’s been known as a Chief Inspiration Officer for many companies she has been involved with, and exudes passion with all she does.
